AF500E

Our new AF500E has the same narrow, low profile as our standard PTO models, but it's powered by a high-performance 4039D, 75-horsepower John Deere diesel. In addition to Deere's standard 2-year warranty, the 4039D features an automatic shutdown system, the 4039D features an automatic shutdown system for both oil pressure and water temperature. To ensure smooth start-ups and shut downs, the engine and fan system are coupled via a centrifugal clutch and double universal drive. If you're a stickler for quality, you'll also like the AF500E stainless steel construction. The "E" model's 36-inch, 16-bladed axial flow fan is another big plus. By utilizing special straightening and turning vanes, the sprayer delivers plenty of air power for peaches, apples, plums, cherries and citrus. From the "E" model's mechanical agitation system to its 150 psi single-stage centrifugal pump, we've zeroed-in on high performance. We've also concentrated on making the operator's job easier by recess-mounting the start-up switch and gauges on the front of the sprayer for easy viewing. The AF500E, it's a low-cost, high-performance sprayer that you can pull behind almost any tractor on your farm.
