HEAVY DUTY 60' AND 80' SPRAY BOOMS

Hydraulic folding spray boom with unijet quarter turn Spray System style nozzles. Diaphragm check valves on each nozzle body. Nozzles spaced 10" apart on a 1/2 inch stainless steel manifold.

Seven function electric over hydraulic controls actuate the following:

The folding of the bottom via a unique mechanism attached to the end of each cylinder. The folding is separate into two switches. There is a hydraulic cylinder on each arm which tilts each arm separately. The self leveling device has a cylinder that controls the amount of float in which the boom can move. This can also be used to "lock" the self leveling device. The hydraulic lifting device adjusts the height of the entire boom 5 feet (1.5 m). Special spring suspension device and shocks help this boom travel over rough ground at high speeds. Hydraulic hoses, fittings, flow dividers at each cylinder, locking kit (to lock certain cylinders in place while sprayer is not attached to tractor), are all included. Five electronic operated 1/4 turn spray controls valves with switches. 80 degree spring loaded safety breakaway device with automatic return. Power painted, box section steel frame, and nozzle protection on last arm.
