AF505 / AF605 CPS / DPS

 Our top-of-the-line stainless steel PTO sprayer delivers the versatility, power and performance to match your toughest workloads. It features stainless steel mechanical agitation, a front-mounted pressure gauge, constant velocity PTO shaft, ceramic nozzles, non-corrosive plumbing, heavy-duty adjustable wheels, and a convenient two-speed gearbox with a neutral position which lets you switch to almost any size tractor with just the shift of a lever. Choose the pump type that best suits your operation. Our CPS models have durable Myers two-stage centrifugal pumps that'll deliver 80 GPM at a normal operating pressure of 160 PSI (302 LPM @ 10 BAR). If your application calls for high pressure, or you do a lot of spot spraying with a handgun, we'll outfit your sprayer with a Bertolini diaphragm pump. The Bertolini can deliver up to 38 gpm at 700 PSI (144 LPM @ 47 BAR). Our 36"(.91m) variable pitch axial flow fan is constructed of high strength, reinforced polyamide fiberglass and has a die cast aluminum hub. We've also redesigned and enlarged the entire fan housing and added new stainless steel straightening vanes and fiberglass discharge vanes to enhance air performance. This lets you generate more air volume and velocity from smaller horsepower tractors. The AF505 and AF605 are perfect for fruit, nuts and citrus.
